If you don’t love your White Mary Vintage piece as much as we loved creating it, you can send it back within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unworn, as per the original condition described on the website and in their original packaging.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.
How to make a return:
1) Please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to returns@whitemaryvintage.com. In your note please include the following:
Name
Date of purchase
Reason for return
2) Our customer service team will respond and send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Shipping costs for online returns are your responsibility. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our warehouse.
3) Once your return product(s) has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to be put back into your bank account. Should any issues arise, do not hesitate to email: returns@whitemaryvintage.com.
